true, although I've seen some unlucky gold weapons come out with 12% above 50% mods

I'd say 80k.
I've sold a 12>50, 11>50 stormbow (both purple) and they were between 100k and 150k each.
The chances of you getting 11>50, 12>50 is not that high although not that bad.
Then worst scenario you get no damage mod..
So basically if you get >50 mod and a good mod like 28+ fortitude, then you'll get almost 150k. And my stormbows had higher reqs.

You can't get a 28+ fortitude mod on a purple bow. Most is 24 or 25 I believe.
You could get a +12% damage with -5 energy which would probably sell for a ton.
It's hard to price when it's unidentified...different people will have different opinions, hopes and how much they want one. If it were me, I'd just identify it. But that's me, it's your choice what you end up doing.

My bad then.
I once bought a purple storm bow with +28 hp so I assumed wrong.

You already had what sounds like an accurate price check by Heen. If you happen to identify it and it doesn't have good mods, I recommend not adding in those upgrades, especially the perfect sundering.
